Overview of the 4-Pillar Hydraulic Press
The GreenPress® 4-pillar hydraulic press is available from 1 to 2000 ton. Four guide pillars keep the platen parallel under heavy load, making this design the preferred choice for trimming, deep drawing, stamping and large-area work. The 80 ton trimming press shown is one example of this range.
Each press can include an LVDT displacement sensor, pressure switch and force sensor / load monitor, along with a safety curtain, full enclosure and two-hand push buttons.
